Baked Brie with Honey
Warm, creamy baked brie drizzled with honey and served with bread, crackers, fruit, or nuts. This easy 2-ingredient appetizer comes together in under 10 minutes and always disappears fast.
- 1 small wheel brie cheese about 4 ounces, rind on
- 2 –3 tablespoons honey plus extra for drizzling
For Serving (optional)
- Sliced French baguette
- Crackers
- Apple slices
- Grapes
- Strawberries
- Celery sticks
- Pecans or walnuts
- Dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a small baking sheet or oven-safe dish with parchment paper or foil.
Using a small knife, gently score the top rind of the brie in a crisscross pattern. Be careful not to cut all the way through the cheese.
Place the brie on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle honey evenly over the top.
Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until softened and slightly gooey in the center.
Remove from oven and drizzle with additional honey if desired.
Serve immediately with bread, crackers, fruit, vegetables, or nuts.
- Keep the rind on - it helps hold the cheese together while baking.
- Don’t overbake or the cheese may completely collapse.
- For extra flavor, top with chopped toasted pecans, walnuts, fig jam, or hot honey.
- Want to make it extra fancy? Wrap the brie in puff pastry before baking.
