Water

Hydration, happiness, and a water bottle that rarely leaves my side! I drink water all day, every day – and honestly, I love it. From delivery jugs to my favorite reusable bottle, here’s why water is one of my favorite things.

💧 Water

Let’s talk about water. Yep – plain, simple, glorious water.

I drink it all the time. Like, all the time. There’s a good chance if you see me, I’ve got a water bottle in hand (or at least somewhere within reach). Hydration is serious business around here, and thankfully, I actually like water. That’s a good thing, because it’s basically the backbone of life – especially when you spend as much time cooking, writing, and running around as I do.

We even have water delivered to the house because our well water up here on the mountain isn’t exactly what I’d call “refreshing.” Let’s just say – great for showers, not so much for sipping. So yes, the big blue jugs show up like clockwork, and it’s worth every drop.

I keep my favorite insulated water bottle nearby at all times. It goes everywhere with me – kitchen counter, car, desk, farmers’ market, you name it. Moose has probably even eyed it once or twice thinking it’s his. I’ll sip water while I’m cooking, while I’m writing, while I’m folding laundry, and definitely while I’m driving anywhere with Lou.

Some people crave soda or iced tea or fancy coffee drinks (and don’t get me wrong – I do love my coffee), but honestly, nothing hits quite like a cold, clean glass of water. It’s simple, pure, and keeps me feeling like myself.

So yes, add WATER to my list of favorite things. Hydration, energy, clarity, healthy skin – all those things we know we should care about – but I also just like the ritual of it. A full glass, a little ice, maybe a lemon slice if I’m feeling fancy.

Drink your water, friends. Your body will thank you. 💙
